Thank you for visiting ZK Beauty. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our delivery and shipping policy.

Domestic Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been out for delivery containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

ZK Beauty offers replacement for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
  • Customer have up to 7 days to ask for a replacement
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested
  • Order ID must be verified
  • The serial number of the product must be verified first
  • ZK Beauty will pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)

In case you wish to cancel an order before being shipped, a refund of 100% of the amount will be processed within 14 days.
